Still germinating my next post so here are a few interesting “links” I’ve been hoarding for your enjoyment!

- Depression sucks :( Literally. It sucks your soul. I know because I am a survivor of depression and rarely have I heard it explained so honestly and openly. Read here about the ongoing fight.
- I’ll admit, I’ve never really liked book trailers. But this one is on to something. And I’m not just saying that because Dan Wells is the writer. Go watch the book trailer for Partials and get excited. You know you want to.
- I’ve joined a classics reading group. The Aforementioned Classics Group. Want to know what monstrous books I’m up against in my quest to keep my brain from becoming mush? Check it out here on our group blog and maybe you’ll want to read along!
- “Dear blank, Please blank.” If you’ve never been, go now. So funny! Plus, it makes a great writing prompt. If you don’t know what to write, read a few of these and you’ll instantly have a character with an opinion to get you started. Here is one I found just now that made me smile:
Dear “easy to open packaging”,
I’ve tried using scissors, a knife, a box cutter, and a hammer.
Sincerely, where’s my lightsaber?
